As early as 2018, when solar installations were regarded as costly enhancements with extended payback periods, MyTown took the initiative to implement a 425.06kWp solar system on their membrane roof using our solar ballasted solution. Our mounting system, situated on an elevated section of the roof, aligns with recommendations from FM Global and ASCE7-22, ensuring certified safety and preserving the integrity of the existing waterproof membrane without any damage.
