Perched atop one of Singapore’s most prestigious addresses, 33 Olive Road is hailed as a GCB, standing for Good Class Bungalow, a designation reserved for the pinnacle of Singapore’s residential real estate. Meeting strict criteria, GCBs must possess a sprawling land area of at least 1,400 square meters (approx. 15,070 sq. ft.) and adhere to a maximum height of two storeys for the main structure. Our installation involved affixing a solar ballast structure onto the client’s membrane roof.
